All pricing shown on this website is for reference only and may vary based on product availability, order quantity, imprint method, logo colors, setup charge, packaging requirements, shipping destination, and current material costs. Final pricing will be confirmed in an official quote before an order is processed.
A setup charge may apply to custom logo orders. Setup charges are used for artwork preparation, screen, plate, digitizing, machine setup, or other production preparation depending on the imprint method. Setup charges may be quoted per logo, per imprint color, per imprint location, or per order. Final setup costs will be confirmed before order approval.
Imprint areas vary by product, material, shape, logo design, and decoration method. Any imprint size or location shown on the website is for general reference only. Final logo placement, imprint size, and imprint method will be confirmed through a virtual mockup or artwork proof before production.
Customers are responsible for providing usable artwork files. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may be accepted for mockup review. If artwork is low resolution or requires adjustment, additional artwork preparation may be needed before production.
Custom orders require proof approval before production. Customers are responsible for checking all proof details, including logo spelling, logo size, imprint color, product color, quantity, imprint location, and shipping information. Production begins only after the proof is approved.
Production time begins after final proof approval and payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in writing. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, imprint method, order quantity, and factory schedule.
Custom logo orders are made according to approved artwork and order details. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or returned unless there is a confirmed production error.
Product colors, imprint colors, material texture, and logo placement may vary slightly due to production methods, monitor settings, lighting, and product material differences. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, or other conditions outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rush delivery requests must be confirmed before order approval.
Any order issue, including shortage, damage, incorrect imprint, or quality concern, should be reported within 7 days after delivery. Photos, packaging details, and order information may be required to review the claim. Claims reported after this period may be limited.
Product samples may be available upon request. Sample cost, shipping cost, and sample lead time vary by product. Pre-production samples may require additional cost and time.
Payment terms will be confirmed before order processing. For custom orders, production may require payment confirmation before work begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logo, trademark, artwork, text, or design submitted for customization. DIY PROMO INC is not responsible for claims related to artwork or logos provided by the customer.
