Information We Collect

When you request a quote or contact DIY Promo, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, product or SKU, quantity, preferred product and imprint colors, delivery address, requested in-hand date, notes, artwork details, page URL, page language, and submission time.

Cloudflare and our hosting or email providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser user-agent, request time, and security logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service problems.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to answer questions, prepare quotes and virtual mockups, review artwork, confirm product options and production timing, arrange delivery, prevent spam or fraud, and maintain business records. We do not sell customer contact information.

Artwork, Logos, and Order Documents

Artwork, logos, purchase orders, and related files are used for quote preparation, mockups, proofs, production communication, and order follow-up. Customers are responsible for having permission to use submitted trademarks or artwork. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information through a quote form.

Service Providers and Sharing

Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Quote forms open your email application so you can review the message and choose whether to send it; your chosen email provider handles the message and attachments. When needed for an approved project, necessary product, artwork, production, or delivery information may be shared with suppliers, decorators, carriers, or other service providers. They receive only information reasonably needed for that task.

Data Retention

Routine quote inquiries and artwork for projects that do not become orders may be retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and customer service. Files and communications connected to an order may be retained longer for production history, repeat orders, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal recordkeeping. We remove or restrict information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

Security

No website or email system is completely secure. Review the generated email before sending and avoid including passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies and Analytics

DIY Promo does not currently run a separate advertising or behavioral analytics service on this site. Cloudflare may process essential security and delivery logs, and the site may store interface choices needed for product browsing and language selection.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing william@diypromousa.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may verify your identity. Deletion remains subject to legitimate order, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal recordkeeping requirements.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business and promotional-product inquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy when our forms, providers, or business processes change. The current effective date is shown above.
